How to Apply for the TexShare Card Program

• Read the TexShare Card Program Agreement
• Designate your library's TexShare Card Program Liaison
• Complete the online Lending Policy form
• Print and fill out the TexShare Card Program Participation Agreement and mail the signed form to:

When the TexShare Coordinator receives both the Lending Policy and the Card Program Participation Agreement, we will send your library an initial supply of cards and brochures. When you need more supplies, send an e-mail to texshare@tsl.state.tx.us or call (512)-463-7610.
